About this product
This 48V 100Ah LiFePO4 golf cart battery provides 5.12kWh of energy
for compatible 48V electric carts and other deep-cycle applications.
Bluetooth monitoring, a 200A BMS, low-temperature protection and a
compact single-battery configuration simplify the move from traditional
lead-acid golf cart battery banks.
Built as a single 51.2V 100Ah lithium battery, it is designed for
compatible golf carts that would otherwise use multiple 6V or 8V
lead-acid batteries. The integrated battery system reduces the number
of inter-battery connections while providing real-time battery
monitoring through Bluetooth.
This 48V lithium golf cart battery is designed for compatible electric
carts that need a high-capacity deep-cycle battery in a single
51.2V enclosure.
With 100Ah of rated capacity and 5,120Wh of stored energy, it provides
a practical lithium replacement option for 48V golf carts, utility
carts and selected electric mobility equipment where the controller,
motor and charging system are compatible with the battery ratings.

The published configuration uses a 200A BMS. The listed maximum
continuous charge and discharge current is 100A, while peak discharge
current is rated at 600A for 1 second. For electric-cart applications,
the specified maximum continuous output is 5,000W.

cable size, fuse or circuit-breaker rating and connector requirements

Low-Temperature Charging Protection
The battery includes low-temperature protection for charging and
discharging. Charging is automatically stopped when cell temperature
falls below the permitted charging range and becomes available again
after the cells return to the recovery temperature.

Traditional 48V golf carts commonly use multiple 6V or 8V lead-acid
batteries connected in series. A single 51.2V LiFePO4 battery can
simplify the battery bank in compatible 48V conversion projects.
The reference configuration is positioned as a replacement for
compatible systems using eight 6V or six 8V lead-acid batteries.
Before conversion, the existing cart should be checked as a complete

Compact Single-Battery Installation
The battery measures approximately 20.47 × 10.59 × 8.66 inches and
weighs approximately 82 lb. The single enclosure can simplify battery
placement compared with a conventional multi-battery lead-acid bank,
provided the available compartment has sufficient clearance.
Measure the existing battery tray before installation and leave enough
space for terminal access, cable bends, battery restraint, overcurrent
protection and service access.

Up to four identical batteries may be connected in parallel for
compatible applications requiring additional capacity while maintaining
the same 51.2V nominal system voltage.

Use identical batteries with matching capacity, BMS configuration and
state of charge. Parallel branches should use appropriately sized,

Do not assume series connection is supported unless the final production
specification specifically confirms it.
Charging the 48V LiFePO4 Golf Cart Battery
Use a LiFePO4-compatible charger or charging system with the correct
CC/CV profile. The reference charge voltage is 57.6V ± 0.8V, with
a recommended charging current of approximately 20A.

Is this battery suitable for a 48V golf cart?
It is designed for compatible 48V golf cart electrical systems.
Before installation, confirm the controller voltage range, maximum
motor current, battery compartment dimensions and charger settings.
Can it replace a lead-acid golf cart battery bank?
In compatible 48V systems, one 51.2V LiFePO4 battery can replace a
conventional multi-battery lead-acid bank. The reference configuration
is intended for systems that may use eight 6V or six 8V lead-acid
batteries, but the cart's complete electrical system should be checked
before conversion.
Does the battery include Bluetooth monitoring?
Yes. Bluetooth monitoring allows compatible devices to view battery
information such as state of charge, voltage, current, power,
temperature and operating status.
Does this battery include self-heating?
No. The reference configuration includes low-temperature protection
but does not include active self-heating.
Can this battery be used in a 48V lawn mower?
It may be suitable for selected 48V lawn mowers where the motor,

Can multiple batteries be connected in parallel?
The reference specification supports up to four identical batteries
in parallel, providing up to 51.2V 400Ah and 20.48kWh. Use matching
batteries and correctly sized branch protection and cables.
Does a 200A BMS mean the battery can continuously deliver 200A?
No. For this reference configuration, the published maximum continuous charge and discharge current is 100A. The BMS designation must not be used as the continuous-current rating.
Will the 600A peak-current rating work with every golf cart controller?
No. The 600A value applies for one second under the reference configuration. Confirm the controller's continuous current, acceleration surge duration, low-voltage settings and cable protection before installation.
Can I keep the existing 48V lead-acid charger?
Only if the charger output and charge profile are approved for this 51.2V LiFePO4 battery. The reference charge voltage is 57.6V +/- 0.8V. Do not use uncontrolled lead-acid equalization or desulfation modes.

Can LiFePO4 batteries replace lead-acid batteries?
Many LiFePO4 batteries can replace compatible lead-acid deep-cycle batteries in RVs, boats, golf carts and industrial equipment. Before installation, confirm the system voltage, battery dimensions, terminal layout, charger profile, maximum load, cable size, fuse rating and operating temperature.
Are LiFePO4 batteries compatible with existing chargers and inverters?
Most LiFePO4 batteries are compatible with standard 12V, 24V, 36V or 48V inverters when the system voltage and power requirements match. Many modern chargers also include a LiFePO4 charging profile. For lead-acid replacement projects, confirm the charger voltage, inverter rating and maximum load before installation.
