Yamaha Golf Cart Lithium Charger Compatibility

Do not assume that the original lead-acid charger can be reused. Its output voltage, maximum current, charging profile and termination behavior must match the approved LiFePO4 battery configuration.

Confirm whether the cart uses an onboard or off-board charger, the connector and polarity, and whether the vehicle relies on an enable circuit or other charging control. Lead-acid equalization modes should not be used unless compatibility has been specifically confirmed.

Bluetooth Monitoring and High-Current BMS Selection

Bluetooth monitoring can provide access to battery voltage, current, temperature, state of charge and operating status. It can support routine checks by owners, technicians and fleet operators, but it does not replace correct wiring, protection or physical inspection.
