Yes. We manufacture LiFePO4 battery systems for lead-acid replacement in RVs, boats, golf carts, utility vehicles, mobility equipment and industrial machines.
Yes. OEM, ODM and private-label options include custom voltage and capacity, Smart BMS settings, Bluetooth, CAN or RS485 communication, enclosures, terminals, connectors, labels and packaging.
Yes, in many applications. Battery voltage, dimensions, maximum current, charger compatibility, terminal layout, cables and circuit protection must be checked before replacement.
Battery capacity and BMS current should be selected according to the equipment load, continuous and peak current, required runtime, charging system and available installation space.
Most standard chargers, inverters and controllers can work with LiFePO4 batteries when the system voltage, charging profile and current limits are compatible. Equipment using CAN or RS485 communication may require protocol matching. We recommend confirming the equipment model before installation or sample production.
Testing can include cell inspection and matching, capacity testing, charge-discharge testing, BMS protection verification, communication testing, aging and final inspection.
