    Frequently Asked Questions

    1. Can this battery start an outboard motor?

Yes, if the engine’s required CCA/MCA, charging voltage and alternator output match the battery specifications. This battery provides 800 CCA and 810 MCA.

    2. Can it replace a lead-acid marine starting battery?

Yes, after confirming the starting-current requirement, charging system, M6 terminals and installation dimensions.

    3. Can it be charged by an outboard alternator?

Yes. The charging voltage should be compatible with 14.4V ± 0.2V. Confirm the alternator output before installation.

    4. Can it operate in cold weather?

Yes. It provides 800 CCA at −10°C and 650 CCA at −18°C. Charging stops below 0°C, and discharge protection activates below −20°C.

    5. Can it power a trolling motor?

This model is primarily a marine starting battery. Use a deep-cycle marine battery for trolling motors or extended onboard loads.

    How About These

    FAQs

    Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ varies by product line. For battery packs and modules the MOQ is typically 10 units, and for bare cells it starts at 100 units. Custom OEM and ODM orders are quoted individually based on specification and volume. Contact us for a bulk pricing quote.

Can I get a custom specification or OEM design?

Yes. We offer full OEM and ODM services — including custom voltage, capacity, casing, BMS configuration, terminal type and labelling. Our engineering team will work with your specification from concept through to production. Submit your requirements via the Request a Quote page and we will respond within 24 hours.

What certifications do these batteries carry?

Products are manufactured to international safety and quality standards including UN38.3, UL, CE and CB. The manufacturing facility holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 accreditation. Certification documents are available on request for compliance and import purposes.

What is the lead time for wholesale orders?

Standard in-stock orders ship within 3 to 7 business days from our Shenzhen facility. Custom OEM and ODM orders typically require 15 to 30 business days depending on specification and volume. We will confirm lead time at the point of order confirmation.

Are these batteries compatible with my existing system?

These LiFePO4 batteries can be used as replacements for lead-acid and other lithium chemistries at equivalent voltages. For specific compatibility questions — including BMS communication protocol, charge profile or terminal configuration — contact our technical team with your system specification before ordering.

What are the shipping and export arrangements?
