RV Lead-Acid to LiFePO4 Battery Conversion

This RV battery project replaced an aging lead-acid house battery with a LiFePO4 battery while retaining the original battery compartment.

Before installation, the battery dimensions, terminal positions, charger settings, inverter load, alternator charging circuit, cable size and fuse protection were reviewed. The completed conversion provides more usable energy with lower battery weight and reduced maintenance.

Class A Motorhome 12V Lithium Battery Upgrade

This Class A motorhome was upgraded with a 12V LiFePO4 battery system to increase usable capacity and extend off-grid operating time.

The installation included secure battery mounting, correctly sized cables, fuse protection and power-distribution equipment. Battery capacity, inverter current and charging compatibility were checked against the motorhome’s electrical requirements.

Camper Van Solar LiFePO4 Battery System

This camper van electrical system combines a LiFePO4 house battery with solar charging, inverter power and circuit protection for off-grid travel.

The battery configuration was based on daily energy use, inverter load, required runtime and available installation space. Solar controller settings, cable sizing, fuse protection and charging compatibility were reviewed before commissioning.

Custom RV LiFePO4 Battery Integration

This custom RV battery configuration was developed around the available installation space, required capacity, maximum current and existing charging equipment.

The enclosure, terminal positions, cables, connectors and Smart BMS settings were matched to the RV electrical layout. Bluetooth, CAN or RS485 communication can be configured when required by compatible connected equipment.
