RV, Camper Van and Marine Applications
The 12V 200Ah Mini LiFePO4 Battery is designed for house-power and auxiliary electrical systems where available installation space must be used carefully. Typical applications include:
RV and motorhome house-battery systems
Camper van and travel-trailer conversions
Marine house-power systems
Solar and off-grid power installations
Mobile workshops and service vehicles
OEM equipment requiring a compact 12V battery
Battery selection should be based on usable installation space, expected load, inverter power, charging sources and the required continuous and surge current.
Space-saving battery configuration for camper and marine house-power applications.
Bluetooth Battery Monitoring
Bluetooth monitoring allows users and installers to check available battery information from a compatible mobile app. Depending on the final BMS configuration, monitored data can include state of charge, pack voltage, current, temperature, operating status and protection records.
This is useful during system commissioning, routine inspection and troubleshooting because the battery can be checked without opening or dismantling the installation.
Bluetooth monitoring provides convenient access to key battery operating information.
Smart BMS Protection
The integrated 200A Smart BMS supports up to 2560W of continuous output and manages charging and discharging while protecting the battery against common electrical and temperature-related operating conditions.
Overcharge protection
Over-discharge protection
Overcurrent protection
Short-circuit protection
High-temperature protection
Automatic charge cut-off below 0°C and recovery at 5°C
Automatic discharge cut-off at -20°C
Cell-voltage monitoring and balancing
Smart BMS protection, cell balancing and voltage-monitoring tests.
Charging and RV System Integration
Use a charger, solar charge controller or inverter-charger with a charging profile suitable for LiFePO4 batteries. For alternator charging, a correctly sized DC-to-DC charger is normally required between the vehicle alternator and the house battery.
Before installation, confirm:
Battery-compartment dimensions and ventilation
Charging voltage and maximum charge current
Inverter continuous power and surge demand
DC cable size, cable length and voltage drop
Fuse, disconnect switch and busbar ratings
Terminal position and cable reach
Battery restraint and mounting method
Series or parallel configuration permitted by the product manual
Correct cable sizing, fuse protection, disconnect switching and secure battery mounting are essential for RV installations.
Lead-Acid to LiFePO4 Replacement
This compact 12V 200Ah lithium battery can be considered for lead-acid replacement projects after the charging system, available space and required current have been checked. A conversion involves more than matching nominal voltage and capacity.
The charger settings, alternator-charging method, cables, fuse protection, terminal arrangement and mounting system must also be suitable for LiFePO4 battery operation.
Fitment, charging compatibility and circuit protection should be reviewed before replacing a lead-acid battery bank.
OEM and Battery Integration Support
Support is available for RV manufacturers, camper conversion companies, marine integrators, lithium battery distributors and equipment builders requiring a compact 12V 200Ah battery configuration.
Available services may include:
Battery sizing and specification review
Smart BMS configuration
Bluetooth monitoring
CAN or RS485 communication options
Terminal, cable and enclosure customization
Charger and inverter compatibility review
Sample evaluation and project testing

Custom labels and export packaging
Datasheets and available compliance documents
Battery pack assembly, testing and OEM production for project and wholesale requirements.
Questions About This Battery
Is this battery suitable for an RV, boat or off-grid system?
Yes, provided the available space, charging system, inverter demand, cables and circuit protection match the battery specification. Its compact case is intended for installations where a conventional 200Ah battery may be difficult to fit.
Can I monitor the battery from a phone?
Yes. Bluetooth 5.0 monitoring provides access to state of charge, pack voltage, current, temperature, cycle data and protection status through a compatible mobile app.
Does this battery include self-heating?
No. This configuration does not contain an internal heater. The BMS stops charging below 0°C, resumes charging at 5°C and stops discharging at -20°C.
Can several batteries be connected in series or parallel?
Identical batteries support configurations up to four in series and four in parallel when installed according to the product manual. Do not combine batteries of different models, capacities, ages or states of charge.
What charger should be used?
Use a LiFePO4-compatible CC/CV charger. The specified charge voltage is 14.4V ± 0.2V and the recommended charge current is 40A. Alternator charging should use a correctly sized LiFePO4 DC-to-DC charger.
What cycle life and warranty support are available?
The referenced cycle-life specification is 6,000+ cycles at 100% depth of discharge under the stated test conditions. Actual service life depends on charging, depth of discharge and temperature. Warranty terms are confirmed in the quotation for the ordered configuration and destination market.

Answers about lead-acid replacement, system compatibility, OEM battery development, certifications and wholesale orders.
Can LiFePO4 batteries replace lead-acid batteries?
Many LiFePO4 batteries can replace compatible lead-acid deep-cycle batteries in RVs, boats, golf carts and industrial equipment. Before installation, confirm the system voltage, battery dimensions, terminal layout, charger profile, maximum load, cable size, fuse rating and operating temperature.
Are LiFePO4 batteries compatible with existing chargers and inverters?
Most LiFePO4 batteries are compatible with standard 12V, 24V, 36V or 48V inverters when the system voltage and power requirements match. Many modern chargers also include a LiFePO4 charging profile. For lead-acid replacement projects, confirm the charger voltage, inverter rating and maximum load before installation. A compatible charger or DC-to-DC charger may be required if the existing charging equipment does not support LiFePO4 batteries.
Can you provide custom or OEM LiFePO4 batteries?
Yes. OEM and custom battery support can include voltage, capacity, BMS settings, enclosures, terminals, connectors, communication protocols, labels and packaging. Send us the application, electrical requirements, installation dimensions and expected order quantity for review.
What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale or OEM orders?
MOQ depends on the battery model, specification and customization requirements. Standard models may be available for sample testing, while custom enclosures, private labels and OEM production normally require a confirmed order quantity. Contact us with the model and required quantity for details.
What certifications and battery documents are available?
Available certifications and documents depend on the battery model and destination market. Supporting documents may include UN38.3, MSDS, CE, RoHS and product test reports. Confirm the required documents and target market before placing an order.
What are the production lead time and shipping options?
Lead time depends on the battery model, order quantity, customization and testing requirements. Export shipping options are arranged according to the battery specification, destination and order volume. Send us the required quantity, delivery location and target schedule for a project-specific quotation.
