Bluetooth Battery Monitoring
Bluetooth monitoring gives operators convenient access to battery
information without opening the battery compartment for routine
checks. A compatible monitoring interface can display state of
charge, voltage, current, power and battery temperature.
For boats where the battery is installed below deck or inside a
protected electrical compartment, this provides a practical way
to check battery status before and during operation.

Low-Temperature Charging Protection
The Smart BMS monitors cell temperature and automatically pauses
charging when the battery is below its permitted charging range.
Charging becomes available again after the cells return to a safe
temperature.
Automatic charge cut-off: Below 0°C / 32°F
Automatic charge recovery: At or above 5°C / 41°F
Automatic discharge cut-off: Below −20°C / −4°F
Charging temperature: 0°C to 50°C / 32°F to 122°F
Discharging temperature: −20°C to 60°C / −4°F to 140°F
Storage temperature: −10°C to 50°C / 14°F to 122°F

Single 36V Battery Instead of Three 12V Batteries
A conventional 36V trolling motor system is often built from three
12V batteries connected in series. This 38.4V LiFePO4 battery
provides the required nominal system voltage from one battery
enclosure.
For compatible lead-acid replacement projects, using a single 36V
battery can reduce the number of battery-to-battery connections and
simplify the DC battery bank.
Before replacing an existing AGM or flooded lead-acid battery bank,
confirm:
36V system compatibility
Trolling motor current requirements
Battery-compartment dimensions
LiFePO4 charger compatibility
Cable and circuit-breaker ratings
Terminal position and M8 connection requirements
One 36V LiFePO4 Battery vs Three 12V AGM Trolling Motor Batteries
Group 31 Size for Compact Marine Installations
The battery uses a compact Group 31-size enclosure measuring
approximately 13 × 6.77 × 8.5 inches. This makes it easier to
integrate into many protected marine battery compartments where
installation space is limited.
Before installation, measure the available compartment and allow
sufficient clearance for terminals, cable routing, overcurrent
protection and ventilation around associated electrical equipment.

Marine and Trolling Motor Applications
The battery is intended primarily for 36V deep-cycle applications
where a stable lithium power source is required.
36V trolling motors
Bass boats and fishing boats
Marine deep-cycle power systems
Compatible boat electrical equipment
Selected off-grid 36V DC systems
This is a deep-cycle LiFePO4 battery. Do not use it as a marine
engine-starting battery unless the starting application has been
specifically tested and approved for the battery configuration.
Parallel Expansion up to 200Ah
Up to four identical batteries can be connected in parallel for
applications that require additional capacity while maintaining
the same 38.4V nominal system voltage.
1P: 38.4V 50Ah / 1.92kWh
2P: 38.4V 100Ah / 3.84kWh
4P: 38.4V 200Ah / 7.68kWh
Do not connect this battery in series. Parallel batteries should be
the same model, capacity, BMS version and state of charge. Use
equal-length cables and suitable overcurrent protection for each
battery branch.
Charging the 36V LiFePO4 Battery
Use a LiFePO4-compatible charger or charging system with the correct
CC/CV profile. The reference charging voltage is 43.2V ± 0.6V, with
a recommended charging current of approximately 10A.
36V LiFePO4-compatible AC charger
Solar panels with a suitable MPPT charge controller
Generator with a compatible LiFePO4 AC charger
Do not connect an AC source, generator or solar panel directly to
the battery. Charging equipment must regulate voltage and current
within the battery's specified limits.

Questions About This 36V Trolling Motor Battery
Is this battery suitable for a 36V trolling motor?
Yes. It is designed for compatible 36V trolling motor systems.
Confirm that the motor's maximum current demand remains within the
battery's BMS ratings before installation.
Can one battery replace three 12V batteries?
In a compatible 36V system, one 38.4V LiFePO4 battery can replace a
three-battery 12V series bank. Charger, cable, protection-device and
compartment compatibility should be checked before conversion.
Can I connect these batteries in series?
No. Series connection is not supported. Up to four identical
batteries may be connected in parallel to increase capacity while
maintaining a 38.4V nominal system voltage.
Does the battery include Bluetooth monitoring?
Yes. Bluetooth monitoring supports convenient access to battery
information including state of charge, voltage, current, power,
temperature and operating status through a compatible monitoring
interface.
Does this 36V battery include self-heating?
No. This model includes low-temperature charging and discharging
protection but does not include active self-heating. Charging is
automatically paused below the permitted charging temperature and
resumes after the cells return to a safe range.
Can this battery be used as a marine starting battery?
This battery is designed primarily for deep-cycle use, including
compatible 36V trolling motor systems. Do not use it for marine
engine starting unless the specific starting application has been
tested and approved for this battery configuration.

Answers about lead-acid replacement, system compatibility, OEM battery development, certifications and wholesale orders.
Can LiFePO4 batteries replace lead-acid batteries?
Many LiFePO4 batteries can replace compatible lead-acid deep-cycle batteries in RVs, boats, golf carts and industrial equipment. Before installation, confirm the system voltage, battery dimensions, terminal layout, charger profile, maximum load, cable size, fuse rating and operating temperature.
Are LiFePO4 batteries compatible with existing chargers and inverters?
Most LiFePO4 batteries are compatible with standard 12V, 24V, 36V or 48V inverters when the system voltage and power requirements match. Many modern chargers also include a LiFePO4 charging profile. For lead-acid replacement projects, confirm the charger voltage, inverter rating and maximum load before installation. A compatible charger or DC-to-DC charger may be required if the existing charging equipment does not support LiFePO4 batteries.
Can you provide custom or OEM LiFePO4 batteries?
Yes. OEM and custom battery support can include voltage, capacity, BMS settings, enclosures, terminals, connectors, communication protocols, labels and packaging. Send us the application, electrical requirements, installation dimensions and expected order quantity for review.
What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale or OEM orders?
MOQ depends on the battery model, specification and customization requirements. Standard models may be available for sample testing, while custom enclosures, private labels and OEM production normally require a confirmed order quantity. Contact us with the model and required quantity for details.
What certifications and battery documents are available?
Available certifications and documents depend on the battery model and destination market. Supporting documents may include UN38.3, MSDS, CE, RoHS and product test reports. Confirm the required documents and target market before placing an order.
What are the production lead time and shipping options?
Lead time depends on the battery model, order quantity, customization and testing requirements. Export shipping options are arranged according to the battery specification, destination and order volume. Send us the required quantity, delivery location and target schedule for a project-specific quotation.
