1024Wh Portable Power Station or Fixed LiFePO4 Battery Bank?
A 1024Wh portable power station is a strong all-in-one solution when the priority is
portability, fast setup, built-in AC output and flexible charging from AC, vehicle or solar.
A fixed LiFePO4 battery bank becomes more suitable when the application needs
permanent installation, multi-day runtime, higher total battery capacity,
alternator or DC-DC charging, larger solar arrays or integration with an existing RV,
marine or off-grid electrical system.
1800W 1024Wh LiFePO4 Portable Power Station vs 24V 50Ah LiFePO4 Battery Bank — portable all-in-one power compared with an installed RV or off-grid battery system.
Application
1800W 1024Wh Portable Power Station
Fixed LiFePO4 Battery Bank
Best for
RV travel, camping, backup, mobile work
Permanent RV, marine and off-grid electrical systems
Stored energy
1024Wh
Example: 24V 50Ah LiFePO4 = 1,280Wh nominal energy; larger banks can be sized to the application
AC power
Built-in 1800W pure sine wave inverter
External inverter selected for the required system load
Solar charging
Up to 800W input
Solar controller and array sized for the installed system
Vehicle charging
Car charging supported
Alternator / DC-DC charging can be designed into the system
Lead-acid replacement
Not a direct replacement for an installed house battery bank
Can replace compatible AGM, gel or flooded lead-acid systems after compatibility review
For a simple capacity reference, a 25.6V 50Ah LiFePO4 battery stores 1,280Wh of nominal energy,
compared with 1,024Wh in this portable power station. The energy figures are close,
but the system architecture and intended use are different.
Nominal Wh is a capacity comparison only. Actual usable AC runtime depends on inverter efficiency,
system losses, load profile, battery settings, temperature and operating conditions.
Even when stored energy is in a similar range, the two solutions serve different roles.
A portable power station combines the battery, inverter and charging electronics in one movable unit.
A fixed battery bank is designed around the vehicle or off-grid system itself.
What is the battery capacity of this portable power station?
It uses a 1024Wh / 320,000mAh LiFePO4 battery, providing a larger energy reserve for portable, RV, backup and off-grid applications.
How much AC power can it provide?
The unit provides up to 1800W rated AC output and 3600W peak power.
Always check both continuous power consumption and startup demand before connecting an appliance.
Does this portable power station provide pure sine wave output?
Yes. The AC inverter provides pure sine wave output.
Can it be charged with solar panels?
Yes. Solar charging supports DC 16V–75V / 25A with up to 800W maximum input power.
Actual solar charging performance depends on panel output, sunlight and operating conditions.
How fast can the 1024Wh power station recharge from AC?
Reference charging times are approximately
1 hour in Quick mode, 2 hours in Normal mode and 4 hours in Silent mode.
Actual charging time may vary according to input power and operating conditions.
Does this 1800W portable power station support UPS backup?
Yes. A built-in UPS function is included for compatible backup power applications.
Can it charge a USB-C laptop?
The USB outputs include a USB-C PD 100W port and a USB-C PD 36W port.
Compatible USB-C laptops, tablets and other PD devices can be charged according to their supported charging specifications.
Is it available in 110V and 230V versions?
The specification supports 110V ±10% or 230V ±10% AC output configurations with 60Hz or 50Hz options.
Confirm the required voltage, frequency and socket configuration before ordering.
Is OEM, wholesale or private-label supply available?
OEM, wholesale and private-label requirements can be reviewed according to the required configuration, destination market and order quantity.
Submit your project requirements through our
OEM and wholesale quotation page.
Should I choose a 1024Wh portable power station or a fixed LiFePO4 battery bank?
Choose the portable power station when you want a movable all-in-one system with a built-in inverter,
AC charging, solar input and multiple outputs. Choose a fixed LiFePO4 battery bank when the application
requires permanent installation, more total energy, alternator or DC-DC charging, or integration with
an RV, marine or off-grid electrical system.
Can this 1024Wh power station replace an RV lead-acid house battery?
Not as a direct replacement for an installed RV house battery bank. A lead-acid-to-LiFePO4 conversion
should be reviewed against the inverter, charger, alternator or DC-DC charger, solar controller,
cables, fuses, battery dimensions and required current.
What if I need more runtime than 1024Wh can provide?
If portability is still required, select a higher-capacity portable unit. For a permanently installed
system, size a LiFePO4 battery bank from the actual daily energy use, inverter load, charging sources,
peak current and required reserve.

Answers about lead-acid replacement, system compatibility, OEM battery development, certifications and wholesale orders.
Can LiFePO4 batteries replace lead-acid batteries?
Many LiFePO4 batteries can replace compatible lead-acid deep-cycle batteries in RVs, boats, golf carts and industrial equipment. Before installation, confirm the system voltage, battery dimensions, terminal layout, charger profile, maximum load, cable size, fuse rating and operating temperature.
Are LiFePO4 batteries compatible with existing chargers and inverters?
Most LiFePO4 batteries are compatible with standard 12V, 24V, 36V or 48V inverters when the system voltage and power requirements match. Many modern chargers also include a LiFePO4 charging profile. For lead-acid replacement projects, confirm the charger voltage, inverter rating and maximum load before installation. A compatible charger or DC-to-DC charger may be required if the existing charging equipment does not support LiFePO4 batteries.
Can you provide custom or OEM LiFePO4 batteries?
Yes. OEM and custom battery support can include voltage, capacity, BMS settings, enclosures, terminals, connectors, communication protocols, labels and packaging. Send us the application, electrical requirements, installation dimensions and expected order quantity for review.
What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale or OEM orders?
MOQ depends on the battery model, specification and customization requirements. Standard models may be available for sample testing, while custom enclosures, private labels and OEM production normally require a confirmed order quantity. Contact us with the model and required quantity for details.
What certifications and battery documents are available?
Available certifications and documents depend on the battery model and destination market. Supporting documents may include UN38.3, MSDS, CE, RoHS and product test reports. Confirm the required documents and target market before placing an order.
What are the production lead time and shipping options?
Lead time depends on the battery model, order quantity, customization and testing requirements. Export shipping options are arranged according to the battery specification, destination and order volume. Send us the required quantity, delivery location and target schedule for a project-specific quotation.
