About this product

More Energy in a Group 31 Battery Case

This 12V 165Ah Group 31 LiFePO4 battery stores 2112Wh in a compact case for RV house power, marine electronics, solar storage and off-grid systems. A 165A Smart BMS supports up to 2112W of continuous output, while Bluetooth 5.0 gives installers and users a clear view of state of charge, voltage, current, power and temperature from a mobile app.

Low-temperature cut-off helps protect the cells during cold-weather charging and discharging. The battery is designed for deep-cycle service and energy storage; it is not an engine-starting battery and does not include self-heating.

Key Features

2112Wh in Group 31 Size

More usable energy for longer run time without moving to an oversized battery case.

165A Smart BMS

Manages charging and discharging while protecting against overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit and temperature extremes.

Bluetooth 5.0 Monitoring

Check battery status and operating data from a compatible mobile app without opening the battery compartment.

Expandable to 4P4S

Build larger banks up to 48V 660Ah when identical batteries are installed with matched cables and protection.

Bluetooth Battery Monitoring

View state of charge, voltage, current, power, temperature and cycle information in real time. Bluetooth access makes commissioning, routine checks and fault diagnosis easier for RV builders, marine installers and off-grid system integrators.

165A Smart BMS and Low-Temperature Protection

The integrated 165A BMS provides up to 2112W of continuous output and protects the battery during abnormal electrical or temperature conditions. Charging stops below 32°F (0°C) and resumes at or above 41°F (5°C). Discharging stops below -4°F (-20°C). This model does not warm the cells; use a self-heating version when charging below freezing is required.

Charging and System Design

  • Use a LiFePO4 charger with a 14.4V ± 0.2V charging profile; 33A is the recommended charging current.
  • Do not charge below 32°F (0°C). The low-temperature cut-off protects the cells but does not heat them.
  • Before series or parallel connection, use batteries of the same model, capacity, age and state of charge.
  • Confirm inverter surge demand, cable ampacity, fuse rating and alternator compatibility before installation.

Questions About This 12V 165Ah Battery

Is this a starting or dual-purpose marine battery?

No. It is a deep-cycle battery for house loads, trolling motors and energy storage. Do not use it to crank an engine.

Does it have self-heating?

No. Low-temperature cut-off prevents unsafe charging below freezing, but the battery does not warm itself.

What can I check through Bluetooth?

The compatible app can display state of charge, voltage, current, power, temperature, cycle information and operating status.

Can I connect several batteries together?

Yes. The reference configuration supports up to four in parallel and four in series. Follow the installation manual and use matched batteries and cables.

How About These

BATTERY FAQS

LiFePO4 Battery Frequently Asked Questions

Answers about lead-acid replacement, system compatibility, OEM battery development, certifications and wholesale orders.
Can LiFePO4 batteries replace lead-acid batteries?

Many LiFePO4 batteries can replace compatible lead-acid deep-cycle batteries in RVs, boats, golf carts and industrial equipment. Before installation, confirm the system voltage, battery dimensions, terminal layout, charger profile, maximum load, cable size, fuse rating and operating temperature.

Are LiFePO4 batteries compatible with existing chargers and inverters?

Most LiFePO4 batteries are compatible with standard 12V, 24V, 36V or 48V inverters when the system voltage and power requirements match. Many modern chargers also include a LiFePO4 charging profile. For lead-acid replacement projects, confirm the charger voltage, inverter rating and maximum load before installation. A compatible charger or DC-to-DC charger may be required if the existing charging equipment does not support LiFePO4 batteries.

Can you provide custom or OEM LiFePO4 batteries?

Yes. OEM and custom battery support can include voltage, capacity, BMS settings, enclosures, terminals, connectors, communication protocols, labels and packaging. Send us the application, electrical requirements, installation dimensions and expected order quantity for review.

What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale or OEM orders?

MOQ depends on the battery model, specification and customization requirements. Standard models may be available for sample testing, while custom enclosures, private labels and OEM production normally require a confirmed order quantity. Contact us with the model and required quantity for details.

What certifications and battery documents are available?

Available certifications and documents depend on the battery model and destination market. Supporting documents may include UN38.3, MSDS, CE, RoHS and product test reports. Confirm the required documents and target market before placing an order.

What are the production lead time and shipping options?

Lead time depends on the battery model, order quantity, customization and testing requirements. Export shipping options are arranged according to the battery specification, destination and order volume. Send us the required quantity, delivery location and target schedule for a project-specific quotation.
