Each battery is developed around the electrical, mechanical, environmental and communication requirements of the intended equipment. The main technical details are reviewed before sample production begins.

Equipment Integration

Charging settings, output current and communication compatibility must be confirmed against the battery specification and connected equipment before production.

Lead-Acid Replacement Battery Development

We develop LiFePO4 batteries to replace lead-acid battery banks in RVs, boats, golf carts, utility vehicles, mobility equipment and industrial machines.

A lead-acid battery should not be replaced based on voltage and capacity alone. A proper conversion review should also cover:

  • Existing battery dimensions and installation space
  • Continuous and peak equipment current
  • Charger and charging-profile compatibility
  • Alternator or DC-DC charging where applicable
  • Cable, terminal and connector ratings

Smart BMS and Communication Integration

Communication functions are configured according to the connected equipment and the operating data required by the system.

From Battery Specification to Volume Production

1. Requirement Review

We review the application, voltage, capacity, load current, charging equipment, installation space, operating environment, communication requirements and estimated order quantity.

2. Engineering Confirmation

The cell configuration, BMS settings, enclosure, terminals, connectors and communication interface are confirmed before sample production.

3. Sample Development

A sample battery is assembled according to the approved electrical and mechanical specification.

4. Testing and Validation

The sample is checked for capacity, charge-discharge performance, BMS protection, temperature response and communication where required.

5. Production Approval

Changes identified during testing are reviewed before the final drawings, BMS settings and production specification are approved.

6. Volume Production

Production follows the approved battery specification, inspection requirements, labels and packaging standards.

Production covers incoming inspection, cell matching, battery pack assembly, BMS installation, electrical testing, aging and final inspection.

Cell Inspection and Matching

Battery cells are inspected and grouped according to the approved electrical specification and consistency requirements.

Battery Pack Assembly

Busbars, insulation, wiring, terminals and enclosure components are assembled according to the approved production documents.

BMS Installation

The BMS, temperature sensors, cables and communication interfaces are installed and checked against the project specification.

Testing and Aging

The assembled battery is tested for capacity, charge-discharge performance, BMS protection and communication functions before final inspection.

Final Inspection

Electrical performance, appearance, labels, terminals, accessories and packaging are checked before shipment.
