OEM and Volume Production

Production units follow the approved sample specification to maintain consistent electrical, mechanical, communication and labeling requirements.

LiFePO4 Battery Manufacturing Process

1. Project and Specification Review

The application, system voltage, capacity, continuous current, peak current, installation space, charging equipment and communication requirements are reviewed before production planning.

2. Incoming Material Inspection

Battery cells, Smart BMS units, enclosures, terminals, cables, connectors and other key materials are checked against the approved specification before assembly.

3. Cell Inspection and Matching

Cell voltage, internal resistance, capacity data and physical condition are reviewed. Cells are grouped according to the approved battery configuration and consistency requirements.

4. Battery Pack Assembly

Matched cells, busbars, insulation, wiring and structural components are assembled into the approved battery pack configuration.

5. Smart BMS Installation

The Smart BMS, balance leads, temperature sensors and communication interfaces are installed and inspected before the enclosure is completed.

6. Electrical and Functional Testing

The assembled battery is checked for voltage, charging, discharging, current output, BMS protection and communication functions where required.

7. Battery Aging

Battery performance is monitored during the specified aging process. Test requirements depend on the battery model and approved project specification.

8. Final Inspection and Packaging

Electrical performance, product appearance, terminals, labels, accessories and packaging are checked before the battery is released for shipment.
